What does DigiShifter do?
DigiShifter is a partner for the digital transformation of manufacturing — from custom software, automation and AI to our MOM platform SmartShifter. From the first concept to live operation, all from one source.
What is SmartShifter?
SmartShifter is our modular MOM platform. It captures production, shifts, quality and more in real time — ERP-agnostic and in six languages. You start with one module and grow as needed.
What does ERP-agnostic mean?
An adapter/repository pattern separates business logic from the database. A new ERP means a new adapter — not a new system. This way you keep your established system landscape.
Which systems and technologies do you work with?
Among others, common ERP systems and databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB and Sybase. We develop with current web and backend technologies depending on the project; for AI we also use on-premise LLMs and RAG.
In which languages is the solution available?
DE, EN, TR, PL, UK and RU.
Do you also work outside the DACH region?
Our focus is DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Türkiye. In the DACH region we work with imw Service GmbH as our distribution and service partner.
What does a project look like?
In four steps: consulting & analysis, concept & architecture, development & integration, and operation & support. You have a single point of contact throughout, not five.
Do you offer training and support?
Yes. We train your team, guide the go-live — on-site or remote — and support you with technical assistance in day-to-day operations.
